Air Conditioning for the Backside

For years, I've relied on a Cool Covers seat cover on the OEM seat of my BMW R1250 RT during the hot summer months. It made a noticeable difference in comfort, especially on long rides in the heat.
Last fall, I added a BMW R1250 GS Adventure to the garage. It came equipped with a Sargent seat, which I found exceptionally comfortable. After enjoying it on the GS Adventure, I decided to install a Sargent seat on the RT as well.
Since then, I hadn't used my Cool Covers seat covers on either motorcycle and honestly didn't think much about it—until the temperatures recently climbed into the 90s.
That's when I was reminded just how much heat a motorcycle seat can absorb. The difference was immediate, and it reinforced something I've known for years: Cool Covers really work. The unique mesh design allows air to circulate between you and the seat, reducing heat buildup and providing what can only be described as "air conditioning for your backside."
Another benefit is how easy they are to install and remove. The Velcro attachment system makes it simple to put them on for the summer and take them off when cooler weather returns.
If you ride in hot climates or spend long days in the saddle, a Cool Covers seat cover is one of those upgrades that delivers real-world comfort every time you ride. For me, it's a must-have accessory for warm-weather riding.
